Based on summarizing the present advanced treatment technology of dyeing and printing waste water, CMFW-2 continued MF is used to treat dyeing and printing waste water in the paper. And the middle test was studied. The results showed that:1. Treating dyeing and printing waste water by two-stage biology treatment & CMFW-2 continued MF equipment, it can fit for the water recycling requirement. With the CMFW-2 continued MF equipment, CODcr of out water is always below 31mg/L and the equal is 19.7mg/L, the chroma is 3-4 times, the turbidity is 0.16-0.65NTU.2. The cumulating produced water V and the filtration time t is not linearity but quadratic in a period. This demonstrates that the run off varied with time and the run off is going down.3. In this paper the optimal tech-parameters of CMFW-2 continued MF equipment are made sure. And the analyzed results showed that:(1)The optimal sending of PAC is 200mg/L,the run off CODcr leveled off 50mg/L. The retention rate of CODcr is 32.3%~55.7%.The chroma leveled off 15times, the decolor rate is 65.1%~71.7%。(2)The optimal sending of activated carbon is 100mg/L. The carbon grain exerted the holding up function after filtrating by the MF membrane.(3)The optimal on-stream pressure is 0.12~0.15MPa, filtrating period is 18~30min.4. Placed tube MF membrane groupware in aeration tank can replace the secondary settlement tank. And the out water is more than the latter. The quality of water is better than the latter.5. With the particular preparation technology, CMFW-2 continued MF membrane has the characteristics of high engine intensity, great membrane flux and endure contamination.6.The out water of experiment is recycled to production by the south spin printing and dyeing Ltd in Foshan. The sample is checked by entranced quality checkout department of Foshan and the sample quality accord with the standard.7.The charge of treatment is low. The running expense is about 0.84 yuan/ton and the consumption of electricity is 0.24 yuan, the consumption of medicament is 0.5 yuan, the wage of manual work is about 0.1 yuan.
