Printing and dyeing industry is one of the traditional pillar industries in our country.The discharge of printing and dyeing wastewater is huge every year in our country.The sustainable development of economy and society attaches more and more importance to environmental protection.In view of the strict discharge requirements of printing and dyeing wastewater and the high cost and secondary pollution of traditional wastewater treatment process,the advanced microwave oxidation process based on the coordination of activated carbon was adopted to study the efficiency of the process in degrading dyes and the regeneration effect of the advanced microwave oxidation process on activated carbon after adsorption of organic matter.In this paper,the biological treatment of secondary effluent from printing and dyeing wastewater with methyl orange as the representative dye was studied.The synergistic effects of microwave,activated carbon and oxidant were analyzed by comparing their combined processes.The effects of microwave power,heating time,p H,initial concentration of dye,amount of oxidant,amount of activated carbon and other single factors on the dye treatment were investigated.Secondly,the regeneration of activated carbon was studied.The effects of microwave thermal regeneration,oxidation regeneration and combined regeneration of activated carbon were compared,and the functional groups,iodine adsorption values,SEM microscopic morphology and reuse performance of the regenerated activated carbon were analyzed and demonstrated.Through the above research work,the following main conclusions are obtained:(1)the degradation of methyl orange wastewater treatment effect and dynamic simulation results show that the microwave + potassium persulfate,good effect in the degradation of activated carbon in microwave microwave + + potassium persulfate and activated carbon,which explains the three obvious synergy,MW + 15 ggac + 5g/L potassium persulfate 100 mg/L of methyl orange wastewater treatment,the removal rate of methyl orange was 94.1%,COD removal rate was 65.1%.The results of the orthogonal test proved that the single factor order that affected the treatment effect was: the microwave power > potassium persulfate concentration > activated carbon dosage.(2)activated carbon regeneration way comparative study shows that the effect of(3)microwave regenerated oxide way best,the best conditions of regeneration rate of 94%,after the seventh regeneration can keep activated carbon regeneration rate of more than 50%,the quality of activated carbon loss rate below 20%,the regeneration of activated carbon surface functional groups,iodine adsorption value and SEM morphology indexes before and after the change also confirmed the efficiency of microwave advanced oxidation regeneration of activated carbon.
