Aiming at problems existing in the machine knitting, this paper focuses on a research of the improved frontpiece and Fault Diagnosis system of the Computerized Flat Knitting Machine, adopting short-rand wireless communication technology, on the premise that the data of high-speed and reliability from the control of the Computerized Flat Knitting Machine to frontpiece, set about researching on frontpiece of the Computerized Flat Knitting Machine from several respects such as the design of system scheme and reliability algorithm. In order to meet requirements in machine knitting, research and design an expert System of fault diagnosis for the Computerized Flat Knitting Machine based on fuzzy mathematics and the model of saving mantle convene.Analysis the operational principle and control structure of the Computerized Flat Knitting Machine, aiming at problems brought by the frontpiece with cable, for example cable disrepair, instability during data transmitting, hard to examine and repair and so on, adopting short-rand wireless communication technology (Bluetooth) to instead of the cable, according to the demand of data transmitting capability-large datum and reliability, adopting hardware interface technology to design the scheme of the wireless frontpiece of the Computerized Flat Knitting Machine, adopting the algorithm of frequency hopping attemper of wireless channel to improve the reliability of wireless channel between the control of the Computerized Flat Knitting Machine and frontpiece. During the research of wireless channel, induct LSH (link-state-history) algorithm, research it deeply by Markov channel model, make sure exact threshold values that can be used in the wireless frontpiece the Computerized Flat Knitting Machine suitably, and overcome the algorithm invalidation resulted in supposing LSH threshold values, the research can improve the reliability during data transmitting in wireless channel of the wireless frontpiece the Computerized Flat Knitting Machine.Aiming at fault diagnosis needs in the Computerized Flat Knitting Machine, research an design an expert System of fault diagnosis for the Computerized Flat Knitting Machine, adopting 'diagnosis phenomena-diagnosis causation' reasoning mechanism, research an design the repository of an design an fault diagnosis system for the Computerized Flat Knitting Machine, analysis basic formula, complex formula and their expression in repository.
