With the vigorous development of the metallurgical industry, theapplication range of steel products is becoming more and more widely. As a result, moreand more is also high to the requirement of the comprehensive performance of steel. Thesteel rolling process can be found through research, improve the performance of steelproducts can be done by the implementation of control rolling process, but due to theexistence of the thermal deformation, which makes its organizational structure changes,mechanics performance, ultimately affect the effect of controlled rolling. Therefore, themodern rolling control process requires a controlled cooling after rolling technology.After years of practice has proved that the controlled cooling after rolling technology canimprove the microstructure of steel, improve the comprehensive mechanical properties ofsteel. The technology has become a major iron and steel enterprises at home and abroadattach great importance to a technology.This thesis mainly studies the hot rolled Q235steel channel implementation ofcontrolled cooling after rolling technology, further improve the comprehensive mechanicsperformance of the channel. According to the basic theory of heat transfer and finiteelement analysis, finite element analysis of steel channel respectively controlled coolingafter rolling process of2d and3d numerical simulation analysis, get the channel steelunder different cooling intensity during the process of controlled cooling after rolling ofthe transient temperature field and stress/strain field and corresponding time history curve,through the comparison between the set of solutions to get more reasonable coolingconditions and find out the influence of the main parameters of controlled cooling processof cooling.Based on computer simulation, the inspection by the cooling process of hot rolledsteel channel control experiment, verified the simulation theory analysis value consistentwith the actual measured value, and on the basis of experimental analysis and research thecomprehensive mechanics performance of the channel steel, channel steel under differentprocess parameters is obtained comprehensive mechanical properties change rule. Todevelop a reasonable and provide theoretical basis for the controlled cooling technology,production of steel products has a certain practical reference value.
