Overturn equipment of steel ladle is a pertain facility in the Second Steel-making Plant of An Shan Steel Corporation. It exists some questions of dynamo overload, breaking off shaft of non-standard arc worm wheel's decelerating machine in transmitting system for long time. This paper emphasizes on studying torsion vibration system and calculation of originality design of this equipment, according to scene thing and some collected data.According to originality design's calculation of overturn equipment of steel ladle about the Second Steel-making Plant of An Shan Steel Corporation, intension inadequate is not causation of dynamo overload and breaking old shaft. The author makes this equipment study object and has established the finite element analysis model, through to each kind of different operating mode increase, obtains the different operating mode the stress and the strain analysis cloud chart, and analysis influence on the factor of overturn equipment of steel ladle system.According to analyzes result, because the structure of steel ladle overturn support insufficient, in the steel ladle overturn process , the moment of force is changing continuously, causes steel ladle overturn support to have the distortion and the vibration. Finally the destructive has effect to overturn equipment of steel ladle system.Based on results of the finite element analysis and conclusion of experiment analyses, the author brings forward an idea of improving equipment. This article research work which focus on the actual problem, it make the overturn support of the overturn equipment of steel ladle to improve design. On the following improvement design:1. enlarges pours out support's spandrel wall active surface, the shape alters to the rectangle by the original trapezoid;2. the adjustment steel ladle out the position of centre of gravity, reduces the eccentric torque;3. the optimized steel ladle out the installment card to enter the organization; 4. pours out the support structure to alter to the frame type structure by the U structure;5. to reinforce support's foundation to carry on the reinforcement.As the same time, this study has great action to normal running of scene facility, decreasing maintain cost, improving economic benefit.
