For the purpose of establishing a resource saving and harmonious socialist society,Take full advantage of natural resources and energy and improve the property of production such as stainless steel/aluminum(aluminum alloy)/stainless steel.This combined smooth surface as well as light,cheap of stainless steel.Not only easy to clear and being corrode-resistance,but also economic rare the elements of chromium and nickel.Composite materials of stainless steel/aluminum(aluminum alloy)/stainless steel will be promising in the fields of aviation, spaceflight,chemistry,medical treatment and food industry.According to the research on the composite mechanism of double metals and key issues of bond adhesion,,with suitable simulation hypotheses and feasible loading and edge-restraint condition of the actual spot,the 2-D elastic-plastic finite-element model was established and the one-path hot rolling process of 3 and 5 layers stainless steel/aluminum/(aluminum alloy) clad sheet under different roller radius(φ250mm-φ1300mm),different temperatures (200-400℃)and different relative reduction(10%-40%)was stimulated.Roller radiusφ760mm as samples for analysis,according to hot-rolling plate interface adhesion of the situation determine assumptionsd and distribution of inner temperature field,stress-strain and velocity filed was analysized,we get interface adhesion of the technical parameters of the board.based on which the stricter combination conditions of clad sheet;by taking the bond strength of combination interface as the objective function,the best rolling process parameters were analysized and the best performance one is the 5 layers stainless steel clad sheet under the parameter of roller radiusφ760mm and 300℃,27%relative reduction.At the end of this paper,the best process parameter of roller of radiusφ250mm was proved by the experiment.Theoretical analysis and experimental results show that the stricter combination conditions of clad sheet were found more in line with the actual conditions.Model building was an important reference value as reasonable stainless steel/aluminum(aluminum alloy) clad sheet hot rolling parameter.
