According to the theory of system and ecology perspective, the market presence in the ecosystem and the main economic activities formed a common external environment of a large system. The main economic activities include individuals as well as various types of enterprises, organizations and government departments composed of people. The internal and external environment of the main economic activities is the two small systems of the big ecosystems. Only in the circumstance of the coordination of the two systems, the system can produce good effects. The main part of market ecosystems is market, enterprise is the most important economic part of market; enterprise ecosystem is a part of market ecosystem, and enterprise ecological environment is also a part of market ecological environment. The relationship between enterprise and environment is interdependence and mutual influence; environmental changes affect enterprise through a certain path, and enterprises can adjust internal elements or change directly. The following are the major elements of this paper:First, this paper introduces the conception of market ecological environment, classification, structure and nature. During the inspection of information, I found only a little of the associated documentation. I get that market ecologic environment is a complex environment system through my repeatedly deliberation.Second, this paper analyzes the dialectical relationship between market ecologic environment and enterprise. They have effect on each other (mutual influence, restraint, and promote each other). They are a unified whole.Third, this paper analyzes the affecting of both the four parts of macro-environment and micro-environment to enterprise. Finally,the paper introduces the policies and method for enterprises to retreat the environment movement.In today's world, the complexity of the market ecological environment become more significant than the historical period——economic globalization, rapid technological changes, the new mode of operation have emerged, the information exchange process undergo fundamental change, global competition will be intensified. The purpose of this paper is to make the enterprise know more clearly about the conception of market ecologic environment and know the relation between the enterprise and market ecologic environment more scientifically and deeply. This can provide basis's for the enterprise changing their marketing strategy according to the change of environment. Therefore, this paper has a very important theoretical and practical value.
