This dissertation precisely begins from the angle of the production to solve the electrical energy consumption question when pressing planer process the spare part of furniture. Through a series of experiments this dissertation obtains influence from various common factors to the pressuring planer, and from the perspective of decreasing power consumption gives related operating suggestion.In the experiment, first, the common factors,such as the thickness of the initial specimen, planing volume, air-dry density, the width of the workpiece,which impact the power consumption of the pressuring planer, are researched and conducted the single factor experiments. Through the experimental data this article analyzes the influence significance of power consumption from the various factors, as well as draws some of the quantitative relationship. Then, several groups of different ways of processing single-factor two-level comparison tests are analyzed, and through analysis of variance significance of affecting the results from the various factors are obtained. A study on the impact of current and no-load energy consumption of pressure planer are also researched. This article also researches impact on the power consumption of pressuring planer from the material moisture and finally selects the four most important factors for L9 (34) orthogonal test, through the evaluation indicator to analyze experimental data.(1) Research shows that the initial specimen thickness of the workpiece did not affect the power consumption of the pressuring planer, but other factors such as planing volume impact significantly on the power consumption of the pressuring planer whose value increases when the factors'value increase.(2)Automatic feed and manual feed, planing block materials and planing material side-by-side with cutting block, parallel and vertical texture feed, all are not differentiated in the power consumption. Energy consumption with side-by-side-by-feed is less than consumption with each feed. (3)The experiment of current impact and unladen indicates that the time of 1.57 seconds is for the watershed. (4)When percentage of moisture of material is at fiber saturation point, the pressuring planer consumes the largest power consumption on planing materials whose percentage of moisture is at fiber saturation point. (5)By orthogonal test, when the average power consumption is for the evaluation indicators, specimen's width is the main factor that affects the power consumption of the pressuring planer.
