Electronic Control System For A Large Planer

Base on the analysis and research of the original control system of double housing planer ( B2012A ), according to its special technics, designed a digital direct current speed control system.The direct current speed regulator(6RA70) is in this system as the main speed governing device, it uses the opposing electromotance feedback control, can smoothly change the rotational speed of the main electromotor, automatically regulate the armature current according to the real rotation speed. The system make use of the programmable controller to realize zero-speed examining and logical controlling, the linkage of the motile parts can be achieved according to its technics. The system realized zero-speed reversing of the work platform and eliminated the impact of original system. The precise potentiometers are in this system as the speed regulating elements, it can regulate the Real-time rotational speed of the main electromotor accurately, and the disadvantages of the original system are hurdled in this system. The Real-time rotational speed and the armature current of the main electromotor can be shown accurately and digitally. The parameters optimizing let the direct current speed regulator oprate in the best status, the main electromotor and the work platform of the planer can oprate calmly.This dissertation detailedly illuminates the design and the opration principium of whole system, which including the electromotors driving circuit, the direct current speed regulating circuit and the logic circuitrThe programming of PLC logic control and the virtues of the system are also shown in this dissertation, in which the correlative theories of speed regulating and parameters optimizing are analysed and researched.The opration of one yeas manufacturing show that the structure of hardware in this system is simple, the controlling is safe and dependable, the moving is smooth and the speed regulating is precise. Furthermore, this system is economical and practical, the outlook of it's application is wide.
