The area of the wood-working machines is developing to the high speed,highaccuracy and automation. The development regular pattern of the wood-workingmachines is also quicken.Here,we designed the structure on the basis of planer processingprinciple,machining technics level,benefit from the structure design of overseaswoodworking planer,synthesizing the cooperate manufacturer of parts and the makingability of the company.transmission part design and calculation,electrical part comprisesintegral electrical control and realization of component part design. In order to reducethe noise,we take corresponding methods in the structure of the design,manufacturingprocess and balance operation,etc.The machine frame’s design combine the company’s existing level ofprocessing,through CNC bending,laser cutting equipment, produce a closed cabinet,improve the rigidity of the machine, We use the cold plate bending and welding togetherto work out the fence system cover, the cover corner is connecting by large arc to makeit looks beautiful and practical.Through the adjustment process to resolve some technical common problems ofplaners. Such as front and rear table lifting; relying on linear bearings and linear guide’ssmooth sliding to make the fence board move horizontally along the table;the planerspindle’s working accuracy; reducing the noise of machine working.Through the machine’s working performance test, empty running test,accuracy test,noise test,we get the data to indicate that the physical properties,mechanical properties,working accuracy fullymeet or exceed the national standards of planer equipments.After the using of more than one year, the equipment working well,all indicatorsof the planer have reached the design requirements,we name it PF415N woodworkingplaner,and from the beginning of2012we produce it in quantity.
