Study On Conveying Devide For High-Consistency Semi-Products

To solve the problem of charging and filling the high-consistency semi-products in the cosmetic industry,a kind of conveying device is developed. Combined with the conveying techniques of cosmetic semi-products, the proposed device transports the semi-products into the hopper by means of the gravity of diaphragmatic pump and the reciprocating motion of the pump piston during the descend working cycle of a pneumatic cylinder. Compared with the conventional transportation device or pump, it is unique in designing philosophy and has a large delivery capacity. Moreover, it also has the advantage of sustaining the identical specification of the semi-products after being transported.
