Inking system is one of the complex parts of printing press,the performance of which directly influences printing quality.This topic uses the method of computer simulation to research the rotary web offset printing machine inking system's static performance and dynamic performance. Through the theoretical analysis, system model and simulation model are established, as well as carrying on simulation and analysis. Under the VB environment, a friendly contact surface for the rotary web offset printing machine inking system's parameter designation software is built, which can quickly choose and estimate the designations of inking system, providing basis and software support to the inking system's researchment and improvement.The main contents and innovations are as follows:(1)Depending on the coefficient of inking, the line number of inking strike, the coefficient of ink distribution, the inking coefficient of storing and the inking rate five static performance indexes to estimate the static performance of the inking system. When it refers to the inking rate, the picture coverage rate and the ink shift rate as well as the inking rate have been researched to quantitativly analysis and study their internal relationship.It showes that the ink flow ratio is closely relative to image coverage and ink split fraction.(2) By the theory of picture, dynamic mathematical model of inking system has been established, and makes simulation computation and analysis to the inking system responsing time and the settling time,and a dynamic time analysis module of inking system is built too.(3)Carriying on the analysis to performance of the inking roller. (4) Based on the inking system of the JJ102 rotary web offset printing machine to establish the parameter designation software, changing the diameter or the position of the system's partial rollers reasonably may obtain a new system, through whose inking performance indexes to choose the best one.(5) With help of the VB environment, a friendly contact surface inking system parameter designation software for the rotary web offset printing machine is established, which contains: inking system's static performance simulation module, inking system's dynamic time module, inking system's distribution performance module.
