The Research On Long-range Monitoring System For Multi-interface In Oil Tank

The Multi-interface automatic detection and the measurement of single oil well tank in oil field is the urgent question required to be solved in the oil field production. In this paper, research was carried out on the single oil well tank, and a long-range monitoring system for multi-interface of gas-oil interface and oil-water interface in oil tank was developed.This paper has conducted the earnest research on the present theory and technology of liquid-level examination at home and aboard. On this basis, designed the Monitoring System of Multi-interface in Oil Tank, including the liquid-level detection system which is composed of the liquid-level sensor and the detection circuit, the SCM system which completes data acquisition and control, the wireless long range communication system and the superior machine data processing system. In the liquid-level detection system, the traditional capacitance liquid-level sensor was improved, the sectional type capacitance liquid-level sensor was designed, which can carry out multi-interface measurement, and the capacitance detection circuit was designed, the SCM system take AT89c51 as a core, which can realize data collecting and transmitting, the oil tank valve's automatic control. The data includes sectional capacitance and temperature etc. By using of the GPRS network, the Internet public network, the wireless long range communication system mainly completes the monolithic integrated circuit system and the superior machine data transmission. In the superior machine data processing system, the BP neural network forecast model for multi-fluid oil tank was built. The study function and the generalization function of neural network were used to increase the liquid-level measuring accuracy and system timeliness. In addition, this system also completes functions such as warning, information repeater, memory, printing, demonstration and long-distance monitoring and so on.Through the experimental research, it is proven that the Long-range Monitoring System of Multi-interface in Oil Tank is feasible, expansible, reliable and the usable.
