The object of this study was high pressure laminated flooring. The paper used climate incubator to simulate the indoor environment, and used spectrophotometer to determine the concentration of formaldehyde. Author analyzed the influencing gene of formaldehyde emission and researched the rule of formaldehyde emission of high pressure laminated flooring in the indoor environment on the bases of the emission trait of high pressure laminated flooring in the course of use and the trait of source attenuation of formaldehyde in products. Through that, we could forecast the concentration of formaldehyde emission of different products in indoor environment on the basis of analysis, and finally we could effectively control the harm of formaldehyde, and coach the design of indoor decoration engineering.By researching, the concentration of formaldehyde emission of high pressure laminated flooring was interrelated with time, temperature, humidity and air change rate, especially temperature and humidity. Research conclusions:(1) High pressure laminated flooring of level E1 was inspected, when loading ration was 1:2.7. The original concentration was more than 0.1mg/m3 in the mid and low humidity. Two weeks later, the concentration of formaldehyde reduced to 45%55%; The original concentration of formaldehyde was more than 0.1mg/m3 in the conditions of high temperature and high humidity. After two weeks, the concentration of formaldehyde reduced to 30%~58%; the concentration of formaldehyde reduced to 15%28% after four to five weeks. The high pressure laminated flooring was inspected for 42 days and the concentration of formaldehyde was under 0.1mg/m3 which accorded with the standard of indoor concentration of formaldehyde.(2) The high pressure laminated flooring of level E1 was inspected for 42 days, and the velocity of formaldehyde emission decrease exponentially. The concentration of formaldehyde inspected for 24 hours per 7 days was the most when humidity was low, or mid, or high and the temperature was 40℃. The regressive equations were y=0.1325e-0.0394x, y=0.2771e-0.0269x and y=0.4749e-0.0401x. Using the equations can predict the superscale of the concentration of formaldehyde. The dynamic velocities of concentration of formaldehyde emission were 0.2070·e-0.0394t, 0.3325·e-0.0269t and 0.6891·e-0.0401t.People can reduce the concentration of formaldehyde by natural ventilation. In the mid or low humidity, the room needed to ventilate for two weeks when high pressure laminated flooring was fixed; and in the high temperature and high humidity, the room needed to ventilate for five weeks. That could effectively reduce the concentration of formaldehyde.
