The hydraulic powered support are used to assure the workspace and safety in modern fruitful and efficient coal mining.whose weight and cost count for about 80%-90%and 60%-70%respectively in whole comprehensive mechanized coal mining machines.The research on the scrapped conditions of hydraulic powered supports will help offer us more scientific and reasonable suggestions about the retirement of mechanized mining equipments in coal production enterprises.The scrapped checking criterions of hydraulic powered supports are formulated in this paper by comparison with other relative references on supports failure analysis.The scrapped condition of powered supports is analyzed theoretically and the complex life appraisement system is constructed by analyzing the economy,safety,reliability and technology life of supports.On the base of theory of fuzzy mathematics,the mathematic mode and fuzzy complex appraisement norm are gained.At last,DBT2×4319 powered supports are taken for example to approve the accuracy and reasonability of theory generalized in this paper.It is the first time to realize the management of coal mining equipments retirement through the fuzzy complex appraisement method considering the factors of economy,safety,reliability and technology life evaluation.The accomplishment of this paper will help offer the coal production enterprises to manage the mining machines retirement more scientifically and reasonably, improve the utilization ratio,instruct the update of new machine,strengthen production management,make sure of high yield and high efficiency,and enhance the company economical competence.
