The alkaline waste water discharged from chemical enterprises can be used to remove the SO2 in flue gas, it not only makes the flue gas emissions to attain the environmental protection requirements, but also eliminates the investment in the sewage neutralizing and purifying, desulphurization products of some desulfurization process can be recovered and create economic value, makes up some of the investment in flue gas desulphurization system.The alkaline wastewater discharged from some enterprise of Petrochina contains ammonia or sodium base, it is planed to be used as absorbent in the flue gas desulphurization system. In this situation, this paper selects and designs a appropriate flue gas desulphurization system; the absorber noumenon was designed based on the material balancing calculation in the absorption tower; based on the body design parameters, through Fluent numerical software, the effect of the air distribution panels and the angle of entrance flue on the flow field in the absorption tower was simulated and discussed, the role of air distribution plate was affirmed and determined a reasonable angle of entrance flue, certain system optimization purpose was achieved.
