System Control At Hydraulic System Of Flash Welder In Endless Welding Rolling

The endless welding rolling is a continuous rolling technology,its productivity is more effectively compared with other technology.The efficiency and quality are the two basic factors which a(?)portant to enterprise.The most important question of endless welding is how to make two steel strip connected together in high speed.The flash welder is the equipment that used flash welding technology to make two high speed steel strip jointed together.It use of the principle in resistance welding technology,give high current at the edge of two steel strip,then upset the two steel strip together.Now,flash welders are mostly imported abroad,this seriously restrict our way in enterprise development.So it has aimportant meaning to rsearch the working pinciple of NMW-C1375FS flash welder.The flash welder called NMW -C1375FS is made by MITSUBISHI ELECTRIC CORPORATION,which used in TangShan GangXin Steel Strip Products CO.,LTD.In this paper,we analyzed the(?)draulic system of NMW-C1375FS flash welder.We analyzed welding condition and main parameter,such as Flash speed,upset force,clamp force, and so on.Then we researched the(?)inciple diagram of hydraulic servo system. Based on lots of relevant domestic and oversea literature,We got the curve of flash speed—position.In this paper,the model and parameters of hydraulic servo position system are set up and computed,basic theories used in the process of designingo(?)st controller are introduced:robustness of control system,lower LFT and output feedback H_∞control,and so on.Then output feedbac(?)_∞controller of hdraulic servo position system is designed finally a respectively better controller is acquired by Matlab program,and simulation is proceeded.
