The cusp magnetic field device in the single crystal furnace and its power supply have been designed in this paper. According to the related report, the transverse magnetic field device had product in domestic ,but the cusp magnetic field device don't have mature product now, and there are only some report about the cusp magnetic field theory and Czochralski process.Some structural parameters such as the coil vertically and horizontally to the layer (the ratio of vertically and horizontally to layer), the magnetic shield, the air-gap, as well as two coil's distance the immediate influence up and down to the magnetic field strength Br influence are analyzed emphatically with the finite element ANSYS software .In the process of designing magnetic field device excitation source, the electric circuit selects the three-phase five-limb transformer's double anti-star rectifying circuit, and elaborates systematically principle, which five-limb transformer can replace balancing resistor. Carry on the simulation with the MATLAB/Simulink software to determine the plan.In the process of designing magnetic field device control design, this paper realizes thyristor digital pulse triggering with TI corporation's TMS320LF2812 DSP. And the main component and the main circuit related parameter have given the detailed explanation, including functional block diagram, formula, software flow chart and software design method.Design carries on the simulation to system's main circuit parameter and the control policy with MATLAB/Simulink. Then the simulation result indicates feasibility of the plan and control policy proposed in the paper, which provides the foundation for system's development.Finally, the essential experiment to the control system has accomplished, and the experimental result has indicated rationality of the control signal.
