Objective: In the Uygur medicine traditional pharmaceutic technics,the proportion which is used as medicine directly by the powder is large, these preparations have good clinical curative effect. Due to the science and technology condition, people still can't be able to understand the specific scientific connotation of Uygur traditional pharmaceutic technics (powder was used as medicine directly) fully, the product quality standard still could not control the drugs quality. In order to make the Uygur medicine go out of Xinjiang and connect with the modern pharmaceutic idea preferably and quickly, it is quite necessary to apply modern scientific technology to research Uygur medicine traditional pharmaceutic technics;optimize technics; promote quality standard and discuss the feasibility of the modernization for traditional preparation. however, we take the main effect ingredient as the target in the research of technics of compound preparation at present. It can not show the therapia principle which is multi-target and multi-level . Specially , It is not persuasive when the function foundation of Uygur medicine powder preparation is not clear. Moreover, if we use Pharmacodynamics appraisal in the initial period of research, it will cause the research cycle to be long, the work load will be large, the expense will be excessively high. Based on the above reasons, This paper wants to re-evaluate the Uygur medicine powder preparation, resorting to modern and latest technology of traditional Chinese medicine, using the Uygur medicine powder preparation as the investigative target; to approach the influence of different pharmaceutic technics for Uygur medicine powder preparation on the substance foundation and mechanism. Thus a estimated method for the new technics which is not only scientific but convenient is explored to evaluate whether it is suitable to make new technics replace powder preparation from some aspects.The scientific foundation is established for the scientific style and modernization of traditional Uygur preparation.Method: Using psoralea fruits as the example medicine which is the main drug of the traditional Uygur medicine powder X Tablets. The new technics were researched by modern techniques, such as semi-bionic extraction,water extraction and ultramicro-smash. Then, compare the differences of the mainly enters blood ingredient of the new technics and the traditional technics by serum Pharmacochemistry; compare the differences of absorption, distribution, metabolism of the mainly enters blood ingredient of the new technics and the traditional technics by Pharmacokinetics; compare the stability of the new technics and the traditional technics by influential factor experiment. Finally, evaluat the Uygur medicine powder preparation whether to carry on the new technics from the difference of material basis, Pharmacokinetics and stability. which is a Preliminary exploration to the Uygur medicine powder preparation how to improve and evaluat.Results:1) According to the theory of SBE, to research the semi-bionic extracting technics of Fructus Psoraleae by the method of homogeneous design. Finally, The pH of the decoction fluid of each time are 5.50 ,7.00 ,8.00,with the time as 2 hours,1 hour and 1 hour.2) To research the ultramicro-smash technics of Fructus Psoraleae and detect the ultramicro-powder by microscope sieve and TLC. Finally, the results of the index are in line with the requirements of ultramicro-powder.3) Compared the medicine source ingredient of pastille serum of normal powder, ultramicro- powder,semi-bionic extract and water extract by serum Pharmacochemistry. Finally, the mainly enters blood ingredient was found to be the same, it is only has a difference in the absorption quantity.4) Compared the Pharmacokinetics difference of normal powder, ultramicro-powder, semi-bionic extract and water extract. Finally, Looking from Tmax and MRT, SBE group﹤WE group﹤ultramicro-powder group﹤normal powder group, It indicated that The absorption of SBE is quicker than other technics, the normal powder is used as medicine directly is disadvantage for the absorption and metabolism of the effective component. Compared AUC and the Cmax, SBE group﹥WE group﹥ultramicro-powder group﹥normal powder group, It indicated that the bioavailability of the main effective component of this medical material is better when the SBE to be used as pharmaceutic, the normal powder is used as medicine directly is disadvantage for the absorption and Function of the effective component. Because the main parameters of pharmacokinetics are better when the SBE to be used as pharmaceutic, the SBE can be used as pharmaceutic for this medical material from the pharmacokinetics viewpoint.5) Compared the stability of the main active principle of normal powder, ultramicro-powder, semi-bionic extract and water extract . Finally, the main active principle hasn't changed intensely by the influential factor. It indicated that the technics improvement has not created the stability of this medical material sudden change, from the stable viewpoint, this powder can carry on the technics improvement.Conclusion: According to the point of view of material foundation, Pharmacokinetics, stability, Psoralea fruits powder can be used a new technics. In this thesis, we established the research idea and method for the first time, which is comparing the new technics and the traditional technics by serum Pharmacochemistry Pharmacokinetics and stability, and evaluat the Uygur medicine powder preparation whether to carry on the new technics from the difference of material basis, Pharmacokinetics and stability.Thus ,It provided a kind of evaluation method for Uygur medicine powder preparation whether could make the technics improvement.
