Countries under the Kyoto Protocol. It can provide increased flexibility to developed countries, which can reduce their overall cost of compliance with Kyoto commitment, while providing the CDM project hosting partners with additional funds and advanced technology. Apart from providing additional fund and environmental friendly technology. CDM-AR aims to contribute to employment opportunities increase, economic development, environmental improvement and environmental consciousness enhancement in China.CDM-AR project contribute to pursuit of sustainable development in China, however, there are many diffculties in the course of implementing CDM-AR project because of the complexity in modalities and procedure for CDM-AR project. The feasiblity and reliability of the result in CDM-AR is keys to let a program put into pratice. The important problem in calculation of CDM-AR project is to identify baseline, assess the additionality, analysis leakage and account carbon. There have many difficulties in a project. First, authorized methodologies are narrow, different project must use different methodology basided on different condition, which come down to the project methology applicability. Second, with fomal definitions for baseline, additionality, leakage and carbon account, it is too abstract to practice. Third, when we compile a CDM-AR project ,we must filter uncertain factors under the cost by ourselces, which may cause result windge. Based on a actual CDM-AR project ,we must contact the methodology with the actual calculation. Based on the aculative data and actual imformation, we choose caculative factory and methodology, finally, we can find a best procedure to caculate. At last ,the Net anthropogenic GHG removals by sinks is 498,897 tCO2-e, which has some innovations.
