| Rail derusting is an important working procedure before welding. with the big electric current the flash welding butt can heat the rail nose fastly to the melt state so that two rail docking, but the rail mostly is stored in outside, so it has rusted before weld. In order to guarantee good electrical conductivity that between the rail and the electrode has the very, must remove the rust of the rail.Our country main relies on the foreign rail derusting machine tool or manual handling of rail for derusting, but the manual derusting efficiency is low, the domestically produced derusting machine tool was still blank at present. After synthesizing researches which our country have achieved, It has important meaning that develop derusting machine tool which remove rust of the rail and brushing its section domestically.In this thesis, hydraulic system and electrical system are designed for the derusting machine of one weld rail factory. The hydraulic control system simulation model was established by the AMESim simulation software in the hydraulic part of machine tool, each parameter value of the model was choiced and determined, and has carried on the dynamic simulation to each control cylinder. Take FX2N-128T PLC as the control system core in the electric part of machine tool. To complete the whole system hardware design, each functional module in the hardware system was designed; the PLC control procedure was compeled, which is make up of Starts the program module, the manual program module, the reset program module and the automatic program module.Through developing this machine tool, it completely changed the laggard and inefficient technique of machining rail in this factory and introduced a solving measure which was relatively efficient, advanced and credible for removing the rust of the rail and brushing its section.
