Since the middle of last century, nonlinearity has been significant part in all kinds of research, nonlinearity dynamics accordingly become the mostly research aspect in dynamics and control subject. At the same time nonlinearity has been given more recognition in the engineering field and non-linear design framework is the embodiment of the design idea in many engineering equipments, which means non-linear principles more and more applicable. Though many scholars have achieved some research fruit in the application of nonlinearity, there are still many incomplete regions to study further.In this paper, non-linear piecewise rigidity resonant screen with 30m~2 double mass was discussed. Through the tests on the samples of support rubber spring and impact rubber spring, reliable data were gained including rigidity. By the analysis results of local mode tests of this equipment, estimated value can received such as rigidity. The reliable value of rigidity can be obtained by the contrast analysis with design parameter, which provides favorable guarantee and advantageous precondition for analyzing and improving this equipment.In the presence of the convenience and high speed of computer, numerical value emulation model can be set up in the double degrees of freedom model in main vibrating direction of this equipment by the simulink module in matlab application, which emphasizes on start-up process with uniform acceleration and movement condition at different working speeds of two screen boxes in main vibrating direction.Considering the asymmetry and imbalance existing in the facilities, fundamental principle of advanced dynamics were also applied to set up 10 degrees of freedom math model. Program groups were built up on multi-degrees of freedom model with simulink module, which simulated movement condition of every degree of freedom at different working speed.Under the condition of successful value simulation and according to the application of new project, the key parameters of equipment were compared and analyzed. Base on the analysis results to adjust some key parameters, equipment which meets the need of new application condition can be acquired finally. Also maple and simulink software used to analyze rectified configuration can do help to theory value validate and numerical emulation analysis.
