With the development of economy of our country, people's standard of living are inproved day and day and the problems of environmental pollution and energy sources in short supply are in front of us inevitably. Among them especially a serious one is the pollution of water, have already caused the great attention of the relevant departments of our country, having issued a lot of rules. So a lot of factories which carry on sewage disposal arise now.The main content of this text studies is apparatus and craft of two sewage treatment plants. First one is Zhendong chemical plant which deals with acid clean devil water. There are some problems on crafts. HCl-H2O solution system is a solution with highest permanent boiling point and it is difficult to get the concentrated hydrochloric acid solution at the top of the tower through simple distillation. Through consulting the literature, that adding CaCl2 or MgCl2 into acid solution can improve the volatility of acid notably and reduce its boiling constitutes. This text determines the equilibrium curve of the hydrochloric acid solution with CaCl2 and MgCl2 through the experiments. Experiments prove that CaCl2 or MgCl2 can reduce permanent boiling point. And as the quantity of adding the salt increases, it boils and makes up reducing constantly altogether. Under this condition, joining CaCl2 to separate HCl-H2O solution is most suitable by simple distillation.Blue Sea Asian-Pacific environmental protection company mainly deals with the waste water which washes the container pot, the apparatus went wrong after operating several months. We, through perambulation and theoretical analysis, found it is questions that the hard water formed the scale that caused heat to transmit insufficiently, influenced the normal running of the whole apparatus finally. We have proposed three kinds of solutions in this text:1. Installing device of demineralization of water in the apparatus initially.2. Installing decompressor and reducing temperature of operating.3. Changing the flash tower into a rectifying tower and reducing pressure will prepare for the possible situation that meets of afterwards.Carrying on the simulation of procedure of first two kinds of methods indicated finally they were feasible.
