The thesis attempts to discuss fire protection and environment issue of TianJin Binhai International Airport Building, aiming at solving the problems on fire compartment area and safety evacuation travel distance etc , which go beyond the limits of the available national standard , meantime the research analyzes the influence to atmosphere environment and settles the matter on disposing of noise, sewage, solid rubbish.Environment issue take"harmony of area development layout and environment safeguard","cleanness manufacture","control for contamination disposal gross", and"disposal according with criterion"regarded as principal principle. Through locale investigation, observation and simulation, background of estimated area will be surveyed; Through analogy and materiel calculation, the factors of environment polluting will be analyzed and checked, thereby the degree and scope of environment effect can be forecasted; according to the characteristic of evacuated sewage, the feasibility of measure will be demonstrated, meantime the profit and loss of environment economy will be analyzed through analogy, investigation and research. The safeguard measures of airport building on noise, sewage disposal, solid rubbish disposal etc, will be put forward on the basis of forecasting and evaluating for environment issue.On the basis of the method and technology on fire safety engineering science, according to the scale, composition and function of airport building the thesis founds fire model and adopts fire dynamics simulating software (FDS) and evacuation travel simulating software (PathFinder) to forecast fire risk, fire growth rate, smoke movement and evacuation travel time of every fire scenario, thereby estimates the property loss and personnel life safety in airport building.
