The Research On The Effect Of Environmental Protection Disposal On Ecological Construction

The amount of hazardous solid wastes(HSW)keeps increasing with the fast growth of economy and industrialization worldwide.The same situation is also observed in China:39.76 million tons of HSW were recorded in 2015.This brings up an urgent demand of environment-friendly treatment of HSW,which was hardly following the increasing of HSW.Inappropriate disposal of HSW could result in severe damage to both environment and public health.Whereas a proper solution,for example the green recycle of HSW,can not only avoid further pollution,but also provide multiple eco-and economic benefits to the sustainable development of society,including resource saving,reduced mining,additional resources etc.With an increasing number of environmental problems revealed to the public,people gradually realized the importance of environment protection and waste recycle.This paper studies how the environment-friendly treatment of HSW benefits the ecological construction.Firstly,the basic concepts and theories of HSW and ecological construction are introduced,including the harmfulness of HSW,the necessity of environment-friendly HSW treatment,and the related laws and instructions of HSW management and treatment.The estimation method of how much HSW treatment contributes to ecological construction is also presented.Secondly,key effects of the HSW treatment,namely reduced crude's mining by recycling heavy metal from HSW,reduced pollution disposal,and reduced energy consumption,are proposed and analyzed.Thirdly,a quantitative study of the eco-benefits of HSW recycle is carried out based on the related national standards and some common knowledge's of the industry.Taking the Yong Xin Hunan Environmental Protection Technology Co.ltd.as an example,a conservative estimation is obtained:The company achieved a crude mining saving of 100000 tons,HSW disposal reduction of 110000 tons and an energy saving of 6589 tons in coal equivalent through its eco-friendly treatment and recycle of HSW.The produced quantity of crude ore generate around 69,000,000 RMB ecological value,reducing the ecological value of pollutant discharge around 238,260,000 RMB,creating around 2,540,000 RMB by saving energy consuming.In this project,total ecological value of environmental protection disposal to waste is 309,800,000 RMB.The ecological and economic benefits are remarkable.The analysis indicates that developing the eco-treatment and recycle of HSW could result in great values to society,economy and environmental.It is suggested to found more companies similar to the Yong Xin company that help to turn HSW into valuable resources.
