| The treatment of municipal solid waste is an important issue related to people’s livelihood,ecological environment and sustainable development.At present,the classification of garbage in China is still in its infancy,mainly in sanitary landfill.Its shortcomings are mainly about causing soil and groundwater pollution easily,high maintenance costs in the later stage and long distance transportation across administrative areas.With the high quality development of the economy,the consumption demand of residents will be continuously upgraded so the increase of garbage in the future will also be a huge challenge.In 2021,China formally put forward the "30·60" double carbon target.The recycling of resources is one of the core routes to achieve it.Energy saving and emission reduction,resource regeneration will also become an important part of the performance assessment of local administrative officials.In this circumstance,the concept of municipal solid waste treatment needs to be diversified,ecological,renewable and localization to maximize the economic,social and environmental benefits of garbage resources.And the comprehensive treatment park of domestic waste,which is called comprehensive treatment park in other part of paper,just provides a solution.It is the product of a circular,green and ecological economy,which has the advantages of light weight,distributed and stable.It can also realize the core requirements of waste treatment reduction,resource utilization,socialization and harmlessness.With the successful operation of pilot cases in Qingdao,Shenzhen and other cities.the comprehensive treatment park has the foundation and application prospect of rapid promotion in the whole country.Based on literature research on the global status of the comprehensive treatment park under the recycling economy,it is found that most of the research on the comprehensive treatment park is at the qualitative level,but the integrated research on the capacity design and garbage transportation of the integrated park is relatively fewer.Based on this,this paper studies the reverse supply chain network of municipal solid waste in circular economy,aiming to propose a quantitative and rigorous analysis method and solution which integrates the capacity design garbage transportation network optimization and product distribution network optimization.Firstly,the capacity design model is constructed with the objective function of maximizing the income of the comprehensive treatment park,which is based on the capacity constraints of all kinds of garbage treatment,the material circulation constraints,the capital and the land constraints of the comprehensive treatment park.Secondly,on the basis of solving the capacity of the facility,the waste transportation optimization model.According to the characteristics of different garbage and products.optimization model of waste transfer transportation and vehicle routing are obtained respectively.Then,considering the construction and operation cost of all kinds of facilities,the transportation and disposal cost of garbage,the maximum annual income of the whole supply chain is solved.Finally,the feasibility of the model is verified by taking the Hai-Dian District of Beijing as an example.The research of this paper has remarkable theoretical value and practical significance.In theory,under the background of circular economy,the reverse supply chain of municipal solid waste is constructed from the perspective of resources,which enriches the research in the field of garbage collection and transportation.In practice,it provides managers with feasible capacity design and garbage transportation distribution scheme for comprehensive treatment parks,and puts forward some policy suggestions to improve garbage classification,collection and transportation and disposal. |
