Study On Assessments Of Environment-friendly Land Use At Regional Level

Land resources environment-friendly use is the material base and premise of environment-friendly development of society and economy.Under the condition that ecological environment is to be maintained and to be meliorated,land are sure to meet the need of the sustainable development of mankind society,which is the kernel of sustainable land use.The purposes of the thesis are as follows:to understand the present situation of land utilization in Changge,to analyze the problems of land utilization,to put forward some feasible measures and beneficial suggestions to the government and ultimately to reach the ends of promoting the land environment-friendly use level and it will lay the foundation for the establishment of environment-friendly land-using patterns.It will be of great significance for promoting the community's environment-friendly development.The thesis greater emphasis on the ecological environment on the basis of research in the sustainable use of land resources.First the thesis elaborate the basis principles of land environment-friendly use,according to the natural and social economy situation,the characteristics of the land use,the objective and the principle of evaluation,we work out an index system form three aspects of environment, economy,society using of expert advice and frequency of statistics law.The weigh of indexes are defined by means of Analytic Hierarchy Process,the standardization of indexes are defined by effective function,then,we use mufti-aid liner function which mainly reflects aim the degree of land sustainable use during1996 and 2006 in Changge.The results indicate thatâ‘ Eco-environmental factors is on the basic environment-friendly stage,but gradually declining trend.The restrictive factors of resouce and environment are the ratio of vegetation overcast,water and soil losing area,pesticide using dosage, chemical fertilizer using dosage per plough.â‘¡economy factor is on entirely environment-friendly stage,but fast gradually declining trend.The mainly restrictive factors of environment-friendly development in economy and environment are the input-output ratio of agricultural land per area, the meeting rate of agricultural land into land for construction purposes.â‘¢society factors is on the basic environment-friendly stage,but fast gradually declining trend.The mainly restrictive factors of environment-friendly development in society is the incoordinated development of the township.In all,the environment-friendly land use of Changge is on the basic environment-friendly stage,but the environment-friendly level of soil resource is on the decline continuously,economic developmental level and social feasibility greatly influence on the land environment-friendly use,however,Eco-environment restrain its development.As a conclusion,some measures are put forward in this thesis.
