Resource environment is the material basis,space carrier and constituent elements of ecological civilization construction,and correctly understand and evaluate the carrying capacity of regional resources and environment is the primary task of ecological civilization construction.China's "13th Five-Year" strategic plan and land planning,urban planning and other requirements of the resources and environment carrying capacity as a prerequisite for scientific planning.In this paper,a combination of single-factor and multi-factor evaluation method is used to build the evaluation model.The resources and environment carrying capacity of the selected area is studied by using GIS technology,and the evaluation results of resources and environment carrying capacity are obtained.Planning to adjust and perfect "permanent basic farmland protection red line,ecological protection red line,urban development boundary" delimitation and land use layout adjustment to provide support.In this paper,seven factors including cultivated land resources,urban construction space,water environment,atmospheric environment,geological environment and ecological environment were selected to evaluate the land resources in Lijiang City,which was based on the endowment of resources and environment,economic and social development and basic data collection.Land resources,Water resources,social resources,geological environment,atmospheric environment,water environment and ecological environment were evaluated by 19 factors.Based on the combination of single factor and multi-factor,GIS was used to analyze Lijiang the basic situation of carrying capacity of resources and environment of the city and the results of the regional bearing capacity differentiation,to provide a scientific basis for the adjustment and improvement of the overall planning of land use in Lijiang City.
