WTO Environmental Rules And Chinese Environmental Legal System

At present,as an international environmental problem, the polution transfer in China has been very prominent. It brings increased pollution in China, shortage of resources, and people's lives and health is seriously threatened. Although the Chinese Government has devoted itself to using all kinds of legal policy, and other measures to curb the polution transfer, but the effect is not significant. Now China has become a member state of WTO,the related agreement of environmental protection under WTO rules, and the content of the WTO involved a lot of environmental rules play an important practical significance for our country to solve pollution problems . Based on interpretation and analysis of the related rule of environmental protection under WTO, this article try to link up WTO and China's legal system related to the polution transfer, seek the establishment of the better legal systems on the pollution transfer adjusted to WTO rules. So, this article firstly cite the contents on the WTO environmental rules relating to pollution transfer, reveal the defects of China's legal system to prevent pollution transfer, and put forward a number of specific ideas to improve China's environmental legal system, such as improving China's environmental standards system, encouraging the public participation, build the environmental tax system with Chinese characteristics, strengthen international cooperation.
