In recent years,some inorganic particles,such as nano-zinc oxide,nano-titanium oxide,iron oxide red and etc.,are widely used as ultraviolet shielding agents because they are of high chemical stability,thermal stability,none migratory characteristic, no flavor,innocuity,no stimulation and more safety.Most widely used are nano-zinc oxide and nano-titanium oxide.At present,while there is more use of the linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE/LDPE) and increasing market need of LLDPE/LDPE,the reports about LLDPE/LDPE nano-composites are relatively few.We had studied the preparation, mechanical of nano-particles/LLDPE/LDPE nano-composites,which were prepared by molten blending nano-particles such as ZnO,TiO2 into LLDPE/LDPE.And we also researched the relation between structure and properties of nano-composites by means of IR,TEM,PLM,DSC and UV-Vis spectrum..The main study of the text can be included in several aspects bellow.1.Select and use three kinds of coupler(KH-570 silane coupler,NDZ-201 coupler, LP-101 coupler)in common use,and prepared the samples in the optimized experimental condition.We decided to select KH-570 silane coupler to Nano ZnO, and NDZ-101 coupler.to Nano TiO2.By the IR analysis may know,coupler being in progress successfully to nanometer ZnO,the TiO2 powder body surface changing nature,by TEM photograph we can know the nanometer powder body have good disperse level in base resin.2 Investigation ZnO/LLDPE/LDPE film,TiO2/LLDPE/LDPE film properties. Comparison of LLDPE/LDPE/LDPE film,not modified nano-powder film and film properties modified Nanoparticles differences,analysis of the powder scattered on the performance of films.Experiments show that:modified and unmodified powder powder have ultraviolet shielding role,but the modifier after the transparency of better films,UV transmittance also reduce the rate of increase,mechanical properties and more outstanding. 3 Study various properties and powder content and the relationship between the thickness of thin films.Experiments show that with the powder content and the increase in film thickness,UV-shielding properties of thin films risen,but the optical properties of thin films decreased,the transmittance of the decline,in the fog to raise the degree of transparency in the film decline.When the powder content of 1%of UVA,UVB wavelengths of ultraviolet shielding effects are obvious,and not add UV transmittance of shielding has been reduced by many at the same time in the film transmittance of about 90%,transparent high to meet the application requirements, but changes in the mechanical properties of thin films.
