In view of the shortcoming of high water carbon ratio and high energy consumption in traditional Kellogg craft, which is used in the primary reforming process of the existing synthetic ammonia fitting commonly, develops one kind of new low-water carbon ratio conversion catalyst. Modulation of MgO,CaCO3, cause the support to form Ca-Mg-Al multiple oxide support of diplopore distribution pocket structure and low-density pile. The support is modified by La-Al sol in its surface, enhance its anti-carbon deposit performance promote the active phase NiO in the support surface highly decentralized. Then the support interreact with Ni and rare earth additives, prepares primary reforming conversion catalyst which is used under the water carbon ratio 2.5~2.7 conditions. Through the relevant test of the support and the catalyst, shows that the catalyst has good pore structure, and its specific pore volume is greater than or equal to 0.26ml/g, in which the pore which is bigger than 300nm account for the total pore volume above 82%. Through the contrast test with the industrial application catalyst, indicates that its anti-carbon deposit performance is better than the Z111+CN16 industrial application catalyst. After 500 hours stability operation, catalyst crystalline structure and surface topography is not change great, the total carbon conversion rate remains above 56%,shows that it has good activity and stability.
