The study on the techniques of the compound enzyme mainly consisted of homemade alkaline pectinase isolated from Bacillus sp.WSHB04-02 use on the pretreatment of cotton fabric is the main content of this thesis. The result of this study is very helpful and significant to promote the application of alkaline pectinase on cotton fabric and to advance the technics of clean production in textile industry. The main results were given as follows.1,The fast testing method of bioscouring efficiency was established based on characteristic absorption peak arose by split product of pectin in 239nm, namely, the performance of cotton fabric after bioscouring can be token by the concentration of unsaturated galacturonic acid in the reaction system.2,In order to solve the application problems of alkaline pectinase from Bacillus sp.WSHB04-02, the conditions such as pH, temperature, enzyme concentration and treatment time in bioscouring of cotton knitted fabrics with this alkaline pectinase were investigated and also optimized in this work by the use of"change-one-factor-at-a-time"method. The results were obtained as follows: pH7.0, temperature 60℃, pectinase activity dosage 960U·L-1, treatment time 40min. Furthermore, the pectin removal rate, capillary effect and weight lost of fabrics were assayed after treated under the above conditions. The comparisons were also conducted among the new-style enzyme, the commercial products of overseas company and the traditional alkaline scouring process. It was found that the new-style enzyme has the advantages as neutrality, thermostability, low cost and environment friendly.3,The scouring of cotton knitted fabric by compound enzyme consisted of homemade alkaline pectinase, homemade cutinase, alkaline cellulase, alkaline lipase, alkaline protease, alkaline xylanase was also studied. Furthermore, if the alkaline pectinase is compounded with other enzymes, the effect will be better. The optimal combination was given as follows: alkaline pectinase(800U/L)+ cutinase(600U/L)+ alkaline cellulase(1500U/L)+ alkaline lipase(20000U/L)+ alkaline protease(7000U/L)+ alkaline xylanase(4000U/L), pH8.0, temperature 55℃, treatment time 40min.4,The reaction rolling conditions of cotton woven fabrics with national alkaline pectinase are optimized"change-one-factor-at-a-time"method: the heap pH7, steam temperature60℃, enzyme dosage3200U/L, the treatment time 60min, the effect under the reaction conditions is approximate to the effect of the conventional alkaline scouring. Furthermore, if it was compounded with other enzymes, the effect will be better. The optimal combination was given as follows: alkaline pectinase(3200U/L)+cutinase(1200U/L)+alkaline cellulase(3000U/L)+alkaline lipase(20000 U/L), pH8.0, steam temperature 55℃, treatment time 60min.
