The traditional pretreatment of cotton fabric includes processes such as a kind of heat treatment that contains sodium hydroxide,chelating agent and surfactant,a bleaching with the oxidizing agent and a mercerizing process with alkali.Although the scouring process is necessary for the bleaching or dyeing product and colored product,it has obvious drawbacks such as long course,energy consuming,highly cost, severely polution.Therefore,the pretreated process for cotton mentioned above should be improved.With the development of the technology of cultivating, productio- n,purification,the application of enzyme on dyeing and finishing makes further progress.Because enzymes are biocatalysts that have a lot of advantages such as selectivity and high eficiency,their treatment on cotton has advantage of mild condition,water and energy saving as well as environment friendly.The content of this paper is preparation and application of scouring enzyme on cotton fabric pretreatment,the application of research results of this scouring for promoting the application of enzymes and promoting the use of bio-cotton fabric pretreatment methods to achieve cleaner production.First of all,searching a new kind of methods to detect the pectin content.Copper shading standardization was studied to optimize the technology of copper sulfate impregnated and potassium ferrocyanide color reaction technology,and ruthenium red staining method was compared,the results showed that opper shading method could replace ruthenium red staining method in the actual applications and the cost is lower than ruthenium method significantly.Alkaline pectinase scouring process was optimized on cotton knitted fabric,the result showed that when the amount of alkaline pectinase was 1.0g / L,the pH value of 8.5 at 55℃for 50min,cotton knitwear pectin removal was the highest,reached more than 80%.Different hardness of the water system will also affect the basic pectinase treatment,research showed that the hardness of water affect the content of pectin,the lower the better.In order to further improve the alkaline pectinase scouring effect,surface-active agent,cellulase neutral,neutral protease,lipase and neutral xylanase was used to mix with alkaline pectinase.Have got better effect than single use of pectinase.Nonionic surfactant DM-1361 could make the fabric wetting properties and pectin removal greatly increased when the concentration is 0.5g / L.Pectinase mixed with the appropriate amount of glue-neutral cellulase,protease neutral or xylanase can improve the effectiveness of pectinase,and neutral cellulase is the best,mixed with Lipase on this basis could further enhance the effectiveness of the mixed enzyme;Finally mixed enzyme will be combined with non-ionic surfactant DM-1361 and scouring enzyme was prepared.At the same time,refined process is optimized to identify the best conditions.Further research have been studied on different cotton fabric such as cotton-knitted fabric,cotton cheese,cotton skein with different pretreatment process., scouring effect time,cost and environmental protection was comparied between scouring enzyme pretreatment process and traditional pretreatment process.The comparison showed that scouring-enzyme pretreatment process had obvious advantages in environmental protection,time and cost,scouring effect was familiar with the traditional pretreatment process.
