Bio-scouring of cotton fabrics has developed in recent years is a highly efficient, environmentally friendly green process technology. Currently, the most important enzymes in Bio-scouring is pectinase, but it can only remove pectin and has no degradation to the cutin and wax on the surface of fiber. so there is deficiency in wettability of treated fabric. Point at this problem , this article used a multifunctional hydrolase-cutinase which can degradation cutin and fatty acid ester in bio-scouring of cotton fabric, analyzed and discussed its influencing factors and scouring effect of composite scouring with pectinase , To further improve the enzyme pre-treatment process, And rapid detection methods for enzymatic activity and hydrolysates in scouring of cotton fabrics system were also studied.Through single factor experiment , discussed the influencing factor of single cutinase scouring effect. Based on this result, researched the influencing factor, scouring effect and dyeing property of cutinase and pectinase composite scouring. The results show, cutinase treatment can remove waxy, and improve the wettability of cotton fabric, it has no obvious effect in removing pectin on the surface of fibre, but composite with pectinase can raise the petin removal percentages of cotton fabric. Compound enzymes scouring with one step process is better than single enzyme and two-step method at scouring effects and dyeing properties, it explains there is synergistic effect in cutinase and pectinase composite scouring. The optimized composite bioscouring process was as follows: the dosages of cutinase and pectinase are 1600 U/L and 400 U/L, the concentration of penetrant JFC is 1.0g/L and the pH value of scouring bath is 7, temperature 55℃, treatment time is 90 min.On the basis of confirming cutinase and pectinase composite scouring process, further researched enzyme-peroxide two-step pretreatment process and enzyme processing effect of low-alkali pretreatment before enzyme-oxygen process, and comparative analysis scouring effect between them and traditional alkali pretreatment process. The result shows, capillary effect, desizing effect, pectin removal percentages and whiteness of enzyme oxygen pretreatment processing are 10.8 cm, 9.0 grade, 72.08% and 88.6%, so that to achieve the command of producing. First low-alkali pretreatment, cotton fabric then through bio-scouring and peroxide bleaching, every performance index of it are proved, especially such as wettability, capillary effect and whiteness are match with traditional pretreatment processing.UV spectrophotometry was adopted to testing pectinase enzymatic activity and enzymatic hydrolysates in scouring of cotton fabrics system under different conditions. The results show that UV spectrophotometry for rapid detection of enzyme activity and enzyme-hydrolyzed is feasible, and this applies to a wide conditions. Scouring system in the detection of pectinase enzyme, enzymatic hydrolysates and the temperature, pH value, enzymes, additives, and other factors has a certain correlation, and have correspondence with the scouring effect, when detecting enzyme activity values stability, enzymatic hydrolysis is the larger, scouring of cotton fabric with pectin removal percentages higher in value.
