To a large extent,yarn structure not only affects the appearance and quality of the yarn, but also affects the fabric structure, appearance, feeling and durability and so on. Compact-Siro Spinning is a new type of composite spinning technology which is the combination of compact spinning and siro spinning in the traditional ring spinning machine, and its composite spinning mechanism would affect the yarn structure. This topic mainly studied the spinning mechanism and the yarn structure of Compact-Siro Spinning. And the content of the research and conclusions include the following four aspects:(1) Equipped with the reformed device in the EJM128K-SM spinning frame, the combed compact siro-spun cotton yarns were spun out. Through specific spinning experiment, and a single factor analysis and poor analysis, the reasonable process parameters of Compact-Siro Spinning were obtained. Finally, compact siro-spun cotton yarns having the main excellent performance were spun out.(2) In the traditional ring spinning machine, the fiber-compacting system having suction pipe and supporting device was installed in the back of the drawing device and formed a new technology—compact spinning, which eliminated the ring spinning triangle. And on this basis, a reasonable double trumpet sirospun device was loaded. This topic analyzed the double roving feeding devices and air-compact devices of reformed process, and introduced the basic spinning mechanism of Compact-Siro Spinning. That is, with the process line of "roving-drafting→air-compacting→partnership→twisting and winding", " drafting, compacting, partnership" was completed by followed. What's more, the topic studied Compact-Siro Spinning point of linear and non-linear dynamic model which was solved using homotopy perturbation method(HPM) and determine the vibration of the hub according to the adjustment of spinning parameters, and to provide practical guidance.(3) It analyzed the structure of vertical and horizontal cross-section of Compact-Siro Spinning cotton yarn, and further analyzed its spinning mechanism. Its quality of the yarn was better than any other unit of production method of production lines, and raised a lots comparing to the quality of compact spinning yarn. Compact-Siro Spinning cotton yarn had less hairiness, less yarn faults, better dry, and the significantly increased strength, which was the partnership yarn's technology of producing high-grade fabric.(4) This topic described Compact-Siro Spinning technology advantages and problems. It had a cost-effective quantitative and qualitative research of economic benefits, in order to providing a choice of reference for enterprises in the investment mode.
