Combed cotton low twist yarn knitted fabric has good comfort and warmth retention property,and it does not need to use the softener chemicals,such as compared to other more "green",and pure cotton fabrics is natural to the human body without excitant,the combed cotton low twist yarn in towels,underwear and infants clothing industries in a huge advantage as raw materials and market competitiveness.Therefore,in order to better spin low-twist yarn and develop low-twist yarn knitted fabric,this subject mainly studies the technology and performance of spinning low-twist yarn and knitted fabric based on ring spinning method.The specific experimental contents include the following aspects:(1)Optimize the spinning process of low-twist yarn for better spinning of low-twist yarn.(2)The performance test and comparative analysis of four kinds of 11.662 Tex low-twist yarns with different spinning techniques were carried out to clarify the advantages and disadvantages of low-twist yarns spun by different spinning methods and the lowest twist coefficient of 11.662 Tex low-twist yarns spun by different spinning methods.(3)To further test and analyze the performance of the close-sirospinning low-twist yarn mentioned above,and to increase the understanding of the process and performance of the close-sirospinning low-twist yarn.(4)Weave the low-twist yarn after winding with a knitting machine,and test and analyze the performance of the knitted fabric to clarify the impact of low-twist yarn on the performance of the knitted fabric,so as to better develop low-twist knitted fabric.After testing and analysis,the following conclusions are obtained:A)The spinning process of JC 11.662 Tex low twist yarn is as follows: the rotation speed of false twist is 200r/min,the size of pressure bar spacing block is3.0mm,the size of bead is OSS 9/0,the gap between siro spinning and tight siro spinning is 5mm,the roving quantity is 3.6g /10 cm,and the actual draft times of spinning are respectively:Common ring spinning 29.6,siro spinning 54.7,agglomeration spinning 30.5 and siro agglomeration spinning 60.B)Among the four ways of spinning low-twist yarn,the common ring spinning low-twist yarn has the lowest breaking strength,so attention should be paid to the yarn strength when spinning low-twist yarn.The hairiness of compact siro-spun low twist yarns is much less than that of the other three yarns.The evenness of compact spun low twist yarn is obviously better than that of SIRO spun low twist yarn,and the hairiness of SIRO spun low twist yarn is less than that of compact spun low twist yarn.The lowest twist /m coefficients of common ring spinning,sirospinning,compact spinning and compact sirospinning are 650/222,450/154,450/154 and 400/137,respectively,which define the range of twist for low-twist yarns.False twist can reduce the number of hairiness in low-twist yarns,and the effect is best for 100% long staple cotton.C)By changing the speed,the output low twist yarn speed of the front roller is13m/min,and the spinning experiment is successfully completed with fewer broken ends in the experiment,which reduces the problem of too many broken ends in ring spinning low twist yarn;The false twist can increase the breaking strength of compact-spun low twist yarns,and the false twist can obviously reduce the hairiness of common ring spinning and compact-spun low twist yarns,which can solve the problem of excessive hairiness of ring spinning low twist yarns,and provide some reference for the subsequent production of low twist yarns.D)For low twist yarn knitted fabric,the compact siro spinning low twist yarn knitted fabric tensile breaking strength,thickness and resistance to pilling is best,but the warmth retention property,low ring spun twist yarn knitted thermal performance is the best,but the minimum breaking strength,and compact spinning low twist yarn knitted fabric of low permeability and heat preservation is significantly better than that of siro spinning twist yarn knitted fabric.Compared with the normal twist knitted fabric,the warp breaking strength and weft breaking strength of the tight sirospun low-twist knitted fabric are reduced by 12.8% and 11.55%,and the pilling resistance of the tight sirospun low-twist knitted fabric is worse,the thickness is smaller,the warmth retention is improved by 11.22%,and the air permeability is better.The false twist can effectively improve the air permeability,thickness and pilling resistance of low-twist knitted fabrics,but it can also reduce the warmth retention and tensile breaking strength of low-twist knitted fabrics.
