Clothing as a necessity of people's lives, the relationship is closely between them. Consumers'demand for apparel is not only at the clothing style, but also clothing comfort has been widespread concerned. In recent years, studies on human psychological, physiological comfort is more and more, subjective evaluation method has been attentioned. Garment label as an important accessories, is an essential component of garments. Prickle sensation that garment label caused reduce the comfort when wearing clothing, and affect the consumers'satisfaction. Analysis of the prickle sensation, to explore how to feel more comfortable with trademark is an important issue of apparel industry. And there is profound significance to promote the quality of apparel and set up a good brand image.The subject selected 170 kinds clothing labels. The analysis including fiber identification, organization analysis, cloth type, design type, yarn number, fabrics tightness and so on. Count the number of them, and sum up them. Select nine representative clothing labels, and carry out fabric prickle subjective evaluation experiments. Through the development of evaluation yardstick, training test, select test object, statistical experimental data in four steps, get the subjective evaluation scores with the labels'prickle sensation. Using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to bring the order of the various types of trademarks'comfort, and summarize the impact whith the trademark quota on prickle sensation, so as to guide trademark design and production.Through experimental analysis, found the factors bringed prickle sensation, to reduce the labels'prickle sensation, raising the whole clothing comfort.
