Leather fully transfer film,alternate name hot stamping film,is a kind of heat transfer film.Leather fully transfer film which is known's as fully heat transfer printing film and fully heat convert film for leather for short. Turns round heat transfer film on the leather forms transfer skin.Transfer skin is an emerging product in the leather.Transfer skin widely used in shoes,packages,clothing and other fields.In recent years,however, Taiwan's products,Japanese products and the products of South Korea led the market.Mainland manufacturers have probably 20,only occupied the market share of about 30 percent.The reason is the domestic production of the poor quality.The influence of release agent,colored film and adhesive on preparation and properties of heat transfer film is further studied.On release agent research,in this paper,cellulose acetate butyrate ester and polyether modified polysiloxane were synthesized as the raw materials for preparation of releasing agent.The release agent in the lower solid content(6%-8%) and the thiner coating thickness(8～10μm),which has a good release performance.The release agent solution with different dry rates was prepared by mixing acetone with diacetone alcohol in different proportion.It can be adjusted for various coating techniques.Production cost of the release agent and heat transfer film was reduced greatly.On colored layer research,in this paper,the excellent temperature resistant and solvent resistant performance of thermoset polyurethane coating was prepared with hydroxyl acrylic resin and alkyd resin as the main agent and with polyisocyanate resin as curing agent.In order to speed up the response rate of colored layer coating and as soon as possible reaction curing,cellulose nitrate resin was added as curing accelerator.At the same times,increasing the compatibility of colored layer coating and dye, preventing the dye precipitation from the coating;increasing the colored layer surface of the polar,improving the combination of layers of aluminum and colored layer.On back glue layer research,in this paper,We mainly from reduce the softening point and weaken the resolver intensity two aspects to make the improvement,simultaneously as far as possible to enhance heat transfer film and leather adhesive strength.A kind of thermoplastic polyurethane hot melt adhesives were used as the main resin,(The hot melt adhesives has excellent performance bonded aluminized coating and leather,weld softening temperature lower,and easy to dissolve in weak polar solvents.) at the same time,adding to chlorinated polyvinyl chorideresin and tackifying resin as well as inorganic filler.The hot melt adhesives solution for heat transfer film were prepared and with excellent properties and low price.Performance of the heat transfer film has been promoted and has extensive application prospect.
