Exploration On The Development Mode Of Textile Vocational Colleges

Development of textile vocational education is a cornerstone to complete the aim proposed on the China's 17th CPC to comprehensively construct the high level affluent society which will benefit billions of people and to develop from the textile great nation to the textile powerful one. According to the present situation and the trend of development of local textile industry, this thesis had reconsidered some problems about education quality existed in the higher textile vocational education. Profited from the experience in higher vocational education and training system in the developed country, under the guidance of the vocational education based with human, directed by employment and featured with practical performance, profited from the training mode in Shandong Silk and Textile Vocational College, the thesis researched and probed the training aim of textile education and the ways to realize the aims, the evaluation on the quality of teaching and the characteristics of higher textile vocational education, then proposed the content system fit for the aim of textile vocational education and the standard in textile industry to reach the aim of higher textile vocational education to train senior talents worked in factory in aspects of production, management and service with both knowledge and techniques.
