| In order to fully construct affluent society and lead the textile industry into the new industrialized way, we need deeply develop vocational technology education to cultivate a skillful and qualified team, thus we will cooperate and compete internationally in a broader scope and to a higher level. Author takes teaching problems into further account after investigation and analysis of the current textile vocational education, based on the present-day situation and developing trend. Under the guidance of concepts such as people-oriented, employment-targeted, practice-characterized in the vocational education, author researches and explores how to cultivate talented person, fulfill the educational aims, evaluate the educational qualities and set the features of textile vocational education with such experiences in the developed countries and districts. She also points the cultivation direction and knowledge structure of modern textile specialty in the vocational education system, as well as the aim to cultivate comprehensive personnel. Finally, she indicates the textile education system combined educational aims with vocational standards.
