As a civic consciousness, environmental consciousness is an important symbolof the level of civilization for a country. The purpose of environmental education is toenhance the environmental consciousness of people. But there are many problems ofenvironmental education in our country at present. There is a huge shortage of theresearch for environmental education related legal aspects, and we need a lot more toform a complete research system. The author will talk about some basic problems ofthe ecologization of the education law. First of all, this paper is in order to call theattention to the importance and urgency of problems related to the ecologization ofthe education law. Secondly, this thesis will provide the basis for the policies on theissues. Thirdly, this thesis will try to fill in the blank of research on the ecologizationof the education law in our country.This article is divided into six parts.The first part is introduction. Firstly, the writer introduces the origin of theselection of subject from the theoretical significance and practical significance of thetwo aspects. Then the author summarize the evolution of the environmental educationand the development of the science of Education law in foreign. Thirdly, the authorintroduces the current research status in China.The second part is about the basic theories of the ecologization of the educationlaw. The writer summarizes core concepts for the ecologization of the education lawafter introducing the concept, the function and the principles of education law. Theso-called the ecologization of the education law takes ecologism as a guide. We canadd the concept of sustainable development, environmental order, environmentalsecurity and environmental justice into the education law, and update some relevantregulations. At the end of this paragraph, the author talks about the reason andfeasibility of the ecologization of the education law.The third part is about the axiology of the ecologization of the education law. Onthe basis of negation for the traditional legal values,the author puts forward theecologization of the social value orientation and personal value orientation in education law.The forth part is about the ontology of the ecologization of the education law.Including the update of fundamental principles, the expansion of legislative purpose,the extension of the subjects of the legal relationship and the improvement of the legalsystem.The fifth part is about the the operation of the education law in the process ofecologicalization. Including the information disclosure system, the legal supervisionsystem, and the public participation system.The sixth part is the conclusion. In this paper, the writer talks about some defectsof the traditional educational law in philosophy and system in the face ofenvironmental issues. Then the paper puts forward the conception of the ecologizationof the education law. At last, the thesis puts forward some suggestions on the ecologizationof the education law.Due to the level of the author, there still are some shortcomings in the thesis.There are not enough first-hand reference materials about environmental education ofthe developed countries. The research on ecologization of the education law is acrossthe science of environmental law and education law, and it makes tall demands of theresearchers. This paper is not perfect enough, it also needs some revise andimprovement.
