Yulin located in the northern part of Shaanxi Province, rich in mineral resources, energy is a national chemical and industry base, The outflow of both Sand River, and inland river, has distributed large and small more than 800 Hai Zi, a large area of the oasis, wetlands, grasslands, pastures, farmlands and fish ponds, it is the most important ecological barrier in the Chinese Large unique desert.In recent years, due to climate change and human factors, the Maowusu's Desert lakes and wetlands have been large-scale developed, decreased water table, sandy oasis were disappearing and reducing biological diversity; Sandy agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fisheries survival of the deterioration of the ecological environment, energy and heavy chemical bases of the ecological environment deterioration of the conditions seriously affected the sustainable development of the local smooth implementation of the strategy. As a result, the protection of wetlands resources and water conservation and maintain the natural ecological balance has become most one of important strategic issue in the future development of the YulinThis paper main studied on the north Yulin of Maowusu Desert, from the Maowusu's Sandy Lake and wetland form and evolution of ecology, wetland types and characteristics, lake distribution of the status quo and four lakes, natural and human activities to sandyt wetlands, restoration, protection and utilization, and other aspects has been studied in Yulin of Maowusu area, as a result:(1)The wind and sand, terrain, rainfall, river density and water conservation of development all decided to come into being and output, also have an important relationship to underground water, lakes, wetlands formation.(2) The ecological evolution of wetland main features are: it appear to drought with the waters or wetlands smaller, The plant communities started from aquatic vegetation to the swamp of vegetation, Saline vegetation, meadow vegetation changed into the desert steppe desert vegetation.(3) The northern lakes in Yulin were usually partition three types, respectively structure lake, wind lake and river lake by cause; in accordance with Salt devided into Salt Lake, alkaline lakes and freshwater lakes.The desert Lake was to maintain basis that the number of Yulin in the north of the river water, at the same time sand area of agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry, fisheries are basically around the lakes, rivers and wetlands to survive, so that the disappearance of the Sand Lake area of agriculture there was the most direct form threat.(4) It main types of Salt Lake wetlands, lakes, wetlands, rivers and wetlands, marsh wetlands and wetland, and so on in the north of Yulin sand.(5) The climate change and human activities had affected the wetlands, since 1980s, Yulin, windy and sandy areas in the north water level continued to decline, leading to lakes have dried up, spring water source areas to reduce the amount of water, channel, the emergence of dry river, was drying up, such as area of dead plants, environmental degradation, artificial water reservoir area has increased, but tend to reduce the natural Hai Zi, large areas of wetlands disappeared.(6) According to the Yulin in the north of Maowusu sand wetlands in the specific circumstances of the development of related policies, in the spirit of man and nature in harmony and the principles of sustainable development and improve the system of wetland protection policies; actively carry out scientific research, science and technology work for wetland protection Support; monitoring the protection of the major lakes; handle the production of eco-industrial development zone and the relationship between the use of wetland protection; pay attention to drainage and maintenance of water quality control; soil and water conservation and wetland protection is closely related to the entity to carry out wetland protection and water and soil So that to maintain the sustainable use of water and soil resources in order to promote social and economic sustainable development.
