The Status And Countermeasures Of Yellow River Wetland Protection And Utilization In Heyang County

As one of the most important ecosystems on the planet,wetlands are powerful and indispensable,and are of great significance to humans.With the global emphasis on the environment,wetland research has also received more and more attention from the state and departments at all levels.The protection of wetlands has become a hot spot for people to explore and study.The Yellow River is one of the most important rivers in northern China.It has a prominent position in the historical development of China and has a profound impact on China's economic and humanities.Therefore,it is of great significance for the study of the Yellow River wetland protection.This paper selects the Yellow River wetland in Heyang County,Shaanxi Province,as the research object,and mainly investigates the environmental resources,wetland protection and utilization status and related policies and measures in the area,and the main impacts on the development and utilization of wetland in the area.Factor research and suggestions for feasible countermeasures.In this study,10 villages in 4 towns and towns near or adjacent to the Yellow River in Heyang County were investigated in the form of literature collection,field visits and questionnaires.30 questionnaires were distributed in each village,totaling 300,and 269 valid questionnaires were returned.Using the two-class logistic regression analysis model analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The overall ecological environment of the wetland is good.The correlation between the residents' own life production and the wetland is actually high,but the residents themselves do not have a deep understanding of the wetland.Residents' acceptance of wetlands is also relatively high.It is generally believed that the ecological environment of wetlands has improved in recent years;(2)the main industries in the wetlands are planting,aquaculture,and tourism,which bring considerable income to local residents,but Wetland protection faces many problems;(3)wetland protection and utilization are carried out under the government's policy leadership,local residents have a poor sense of autonomy,do not know much about wetlands,have limited and unreasonable development and utilization of wetlands,and participate in protection.Not too high.Because the wetland itself has residential areas,although the government requires that the breeding activities cannot be carried out,the residents still carry out activities such as planting and breeding in the wetlands;(4)The wetland scenic area is located in the buffer zone and part of the core of the Yellow River wetland in Shaanxi.District,the development and utilization of wetlands,especially the scenic area and the wetland protection itselfconflict.The government has adopted a series of protection measures,but the wetland management policy is not strict,and the wetland management is not in place.There are still some problems in the wetland,such as the problem of wetland industry management,the pollution of wetlands,and the participation of wetland residents in wetland protection.(5)From the analysis of the survey questionnaire,the main factors affecting the status quo of wetland protection are: the government's practices in wetland protection,the degree of education of the respondents,the purpose of the respondents to the wetlands,and the distance between the respondents and the wetlands.In view of the problems found in the research and the main factors affecting the current situation of wetlands,the following suggestions are proposed:(1)strictly formulating scientific and rational policies and regulations to make wetland managers and other stakeholders have a legal basis;(2)increasing the number of local residents Wetland knowledge dissemination and popularization,so that residents and wetlands coexist harmoniously;(3)enhance residents' autonomy management and improve traditional management mechanisms;(4)increase capital injection and build ecological compensation mechanism;(5)take multiple measures to seek protection of wetland ecology Balance with the interests of the residents.
