As the rapid development of NC equipment ,the performance of NC system has been given higher request.The paper has advanced a kind of architecture of NC system based on multi-CPU,and has analysed and defined the content and manner of the exchanged information in detail from representative requirement of high performance NC system.Dynamic trajectory layout interface and exterior data exchange interface have been implemented with the demand of practical item.The requirement of high speed and high accuracy performance of high performance NC system has been analysed which includes the requirement of interpolation period and requirement of data exchange interface in the level of equipment;The requirement of function application of high performance NC system has been analysed which includes the requirement of dynamic trajectory layout function and the requirement of customer crafts composition. The requirement of data exchange of high performance NC system has been analysed.The architecture model of high performance NC system which includes HMI module, NCK module, PLC module and SD module has been advanced to satisfy the requirement of high performance equipment. C/S mode, shared interface and industry Ethernet locale Bus has been respectively choosed to be the mechanism of information exchange between each module,against the different characteristic and demand of information exchange between each module.The information exchange interface between the modules and the key interface in NCK module which includes dynamic trajectory layout operating interface and customer crafts data-base operating interface have been defined in detail.Dynamic trajectory layout interface of NC system has been designed.It includes dynamic trajectory layout implement model, data queue, disposal flow of dynamic trajectory layout and disposal key of dynamic trajectory layout.The retrace function of laser incising NC system has been implemented.Exterior information exchange interface of NC system has been designed.It includes:the definition of interface information data structure,the definition of data frame transfer format, the definition of data frame's disposal manner and the work flow of Client and Server.The implement result can fulfill the requirement of exterior information exchange of the third develop party.
