With the rapid development of advanced manufacturing technology and computer technology, especially internet/intranet technology, NC system will be integrated and closely connected to network. The simulation technology of NC process provides a powerful implement to judge the validity of NC codes, avoid the occurrence of interference and collision, and forecast the machining process. The dynamic simulation of NC system that is complex and valuable is indispensable to the advanced NC system.In this dissertation, on the basis of analyzing the problem of modern teaching of NC and the development trend of Numerical Control(NC), especially researching the NC teaching experiment. The software according to the SIMENS number, the adoption Visual C++6.0, the OpenGL technique and face to the program design method of the object. Can complete the NC system understanding experiment, the handicraft programming experiment and the technological process design experiment according to this system.The following descriptions are the main aspects in this dissertation:Designing the opening structure of simulation teaching experiment for Numerical control, compiling the number control the code to edit and translate the core mold piece, imitate the Siemens NC system, making use of the OPENGL picture technique in the VC dynamic state to imitate the NC process.In this article, the structure diagram of the NC code explained program and cutter compensation program is given. The method of Modular ration and multi-layer is used. Through the exchange and expansion of every modular, this system can adapt to the need of different user and apply to other type three-coordinate CNC milling machine. In the end, through OpenGL and P C motion technique, this system realizes the 3D imitation.The system is perfect, the interface is amity and view, the operation is convenient. Through debugging, achieve the anticipant result.
