With the continuous consumption of fossil energy, environmental pollution and energy shortages have become the obstruction of development in China and other countries in the world.Traditional fossil fuels have seriously affected the requirements of the environment and sustainable development.New clean and can be continuously recycled energy is urgent needed. At the current level of technology, electric vehicles have relatively more practical application prospects than other new energy vehicles.Under the great development opportunities, electric vehicles have gradually gained acknowledge in the market. In the circumstance of vehicle electrification, the safety of electric vehicles has not kept pace with the development of electric vehicles, and the system failure of the vehicles has followed.Electric vehicles have gradually developed from the field of passenger vehicles to the field of commercial vehicles, and then to the field of special vehicles. The on-board equipment of electric vehicles has not kept pace with the rapid development of electric vehicles.Usually, the ability to predict the failure of existing vehicles is insufficient. And this cause a lot of serious consequences. At this time,an effective in-vehicle terminal can monitor the speed of the vehicle, the state of the motor and the voltage state of the vehicle during driving and parking, which can greatly reduce the probability of vehicle failure. This terminal have great engineering application prospects. In order to complete the remote monitoring function of a pure electric mining vehicle, this article chooses a NXP Freescale MC9S12XET256MAG single-chip microcomputer, which is widely used in vehicles as the main control chip of the on-board terminal of pure electric mining vehicle. The CAN bus network is transmitted to the vehicle-mounted terminal, and the GPS module provides the vehicle positioning information for the terminal. Finally, the G510 communication module establishes a connection with the monitoring center through the GPRS network, and transmits the vehicle running data information and positioning information in real time to complete the function of remote monitoring of the mining vehicle. The following is the specific work of this article:First, this article analyzes the development status and technical route of electric vehicle terminals, and deeply analyzes the research status of domestic and overseas on-board terminals.Secondly, this article analyzes the functions that the target vehicle needs to achieve, proposes a general plan for designing its on-board terminal according to the actual needs of mining vehicles, and then introduces several key technologies that need to be applied on the on-board terminal.According to the actual functional requirements of the vehicle terminal and the overall design plan, this terminal uses Freescale MC9S12XET256MAG single-chip microcomputer as the core module, and designs the terminal hardware circuit part and the circuits of other modules for this single-chip computer, and draws the designed vehicle terminal The hardware circuit PCB diagram of this mining vehicle's on-board terminal hardware circuit is mainly composed of download module,CAN communication module,CAN isolated power module,MCU main control module,GPS module and GPRS module. Finally, according to the designed hardware circuit of the vehicle terminal and the logic to realize the function, the software module of the vehicle terminal is developed and designed. The CAN communication module integrates the BDC analysis file of the J1939 protocol. The CAN message data is converted into universal data, and the display interface of the vehicle terminal of vehicle data.At the same time, the software module of the GPRS module is developed to achieve the complete vehicle function requirements. The software and hardware implementation functions of the designed vehicle terminal are tested accordingly. The final verification results show that the vehicle terminal designed and developed in this paper can transmit the vehicle parking charging operation data and vehicle driving data in real time to complete the vehicle Remote monitoring process to meet functional needs.
