Study On Early Warning System Of Safety Accident Risk In Enterprise

The mean of "Prevention" is in accordance with the systematic and scientific management ideas, according to the accident's disciplinarian and characteristics, and doing everything possible to prevent accidents from taking place, to take preventive measures, elimination of accidents in the embryonic stage.This thesis takes five aspects of enterprise security risk early warning technology for research. They are the effectiveness of early warning systems, early warning system construction principles, early warning procedures, risk analysis model of early warning and early warning system. Through the real-time monitoring of all possible states of the dangers in enterprises, it take analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of risk indicators processed to determine the specific state of the existence of dangerous states, and in accordance with real-time presence of the dangerous state the corresponding risk rating is given warning Information, in the mean time, it reminds relevant departments to take prompt measures. Early warning system organizational structure is corresponding to the early warning function. It is designed mainly for the three organizational structures, namely the enterprise management of production and safety committee, early warning functions and production sector.
