Analysis On Environment Project Specialized Mode In The Higher Vocational Education Colleges

This paper, taking into account the characteristics of and requirements for environmental engineering education in the new era, introduces a brief account of the necessity and possibility of establishing environmental engineering in higher occupation class colleges, and researches environment project specialized direction establishment, the curriculum, the educational model as well as the school pattern in the higher occupation colleges, and carries on the example analysis that takes Chongqing as the example, then proposes some suggestions on environment project specialized educational reform and the pattern of raising talented person in higher occupation colleges of our country, for the purpose of training the new practical talented person, raising high quality talented person on environmental protection.At present, the main question on environment project specialized direction establishes in the national higher occupation colleges is the specialized direction sole, but now market requires varied talented person of environmental protections, that the specialized direction too sole would cause the students hard to get employed ,and cause the employment rate to reduce. Therefore, the author proposed that each higher occupation colleges need unify own and the local enterprise's actual situation, suitably increases several directions to the environment project, in order to satisfy the market demand and promote the students to get employed.The main question which exists in the curriculum establishment is lack of the essential practice teaching link, through environment project specialized curriculum establishment in Chongqing project professional technology institute. The main raise goal to the higher occupation colleges is enable the student to have the certain rationale knowledge, simultaneously have ability of the practical work and the application ability, have the ability of solving the problem. Therefore, the author suggested, each higher occupation colleges suitably increase the practice teaching link, to raise student's practice ability.In educational model research, in order to satisfy the request of increasing the practice teaching link in the curriculum establishment, the author suggested to use the new "3+2+1" educational model, that is students uses 3 semesters to study basic course, the specialized fundamental course and the branch professional course in the plan of instruction; The students go to the production post after bidirectional choice to study government design and the control of environmental pollution, movement management of facilities for 1 year (two semesters), then return to the school to study partial specialized theories class, to learn the elective course which open up knowledge and supplement knowledge of job requirement for a semester, finally complete the graduation projects. Each college may carry on the adjustment to this pattern according to actual situation.Finally, in the model of establishment of colleges, this article has emphatically studied the Cooperation between College and Enterprise, analyzed its necessity and the feasibility. This pattern has its superiority, that is: promotes development of environment project specialized, improves the teaching quality, the academic level and the school's benefit; It is advantageous to that the students of environment project specialized get employed in higher occupation colleges; The enterprises can train the specialized technical talented person or "compound" the talented person, improve level of the talented person, the structure of specialized knowledge, and enhance the overall benefit.
