The Environment-Supervision Research Of Construction Projects

The environmental appraisal of construction projects has two system and environment management have two keystones in our country for a long time. This pattern is effective in pollute industry. But it has less effect in basic construction projects such as railway, highway, water conservancy, hydropower project and Pipeline Construction. So this basic construction must be supervised by the environment-supervision when the project is implementing.This thesis establishes the simple and effective practical model. On the basis of practical example, it puts forward the train of thought and method to evaluate the result of project supervision in the different stages and in the whole course. They not only the limitation of evaluation method of qualitative analysis but also perfect the evaluation method applied before, the thesis improves the depth and accuracy of quantification research and provides the new thinking and method for working on evaluation work of project supervision from the angle of methodology. In the meantime, it provides valuable theoretical basis for the government departments of construction management carrying out scientific management as well as for the supervision unit improving its own work of project management.
