China is a large egg production and consumption country,have a very rich Egg Resources, including egg consumption in China's food consumption accounted for an important position. According to statistics,China's egg output reached 27.3 million tons in 2007,and the export of eggs have great potential.China's current market status eggs is that the eggs export the absence of clear national standards,no mandatory system for market access control,consumers do not have a strong consumer awareness,eggs output after the general only a simple handle on sale.
